Lunch today at Le Roy’s Restaurant, on the north side of Huntington just west of Mayflower. Got the Cold Plate for $10.75 and an iced tea for $3.20. A lot! and good.

Lunch at B&C Teriyaki, at the corner of Foothill and Madison. Got the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl for $6.35 and a small drink for $1.50. Cash only. A nice price for a good meal.

Lunch at The Diplomat - outside under the shade. On the north side of Lime just east of Myrtle. Got the Beef Shawarma for $15 and a beer for $7. Ah! I’ve missed draft beer. So tasty. Shawarma was really good, too!

Got dinner from 38 Degrees, on the south side of Colorado a bit east of Myrtle. Got the brisket plate for $16. Very good and enough for two meals.

Dinner from Jake’s Road House tonight. It’s on the east side of Myrtle just north of Olive. Got the Barbecue Chicken Salad for $13.95.  It was tasty, and filling, and there’s plenty left over for tomorrow.

Lunch from Mahan Indian Restaurant, on the east side of Myrtle just south of Foothill. Got the Tandoori Chicken for $12 and a side of nan bread for $2.50.  Good. Even had some left over.

Lunch from Cafe X2O, on the north side of Foothill just east of Alta Vista. Got the Chicken Kebab ($14) and substituted the rice with spinach for about $4 (wasn’t broken out so not sure). Very good. I enjoyed it all.

Though it was lunch I felt breakfasty so I got the California Omelet for $12.99 plus $1 to switch out hash browns for fresh fruit.
