Drunk driving program simulates crash in front of Monrovia High
School Superintendent Paula Hart Rodas reports that there will be a simulated car crash in front of Monrovia High School today. The school is hosting the CHP's "Every 15 Minutes" program to highlight the dangers of drunk and distracted driving. The two-day event includes a simulated car crash on Colorado Boulevard and educational programming for students.
