City Manager Dylan Feik reports that "The sirens are part of an outdoor warning system designed to alert those who are outdoors of potential danger, such as a wildfire. The City is testing the system for future consideration."
Interesting. If it works well, perhaps the City could consider extending it to other parts of the city; e.g., Extreme, Very High, and High hazard areas.
