What will "affordable housing" add to the Monrovia community?
ReplyDeleteI'd love to hear how this adds to the cost of running the city, helps the schools, etc. For a city running out of money, this is not making sense to a ex-CPA who ran a manufacturing company for 28 years.
Seems like theres alot of covering up great growing soil with buildings these days
