Planned 5-Story Apartment Complex to be called 'The Monroe'


The five-story apartment complex planned for the southwest corner of Myrtle and Olive will be called, "The Monroe," and in addition to having 204 apartments (20 set aside for lower income renters), it will also have 2,370 square feet of commercial space, a dog park, courtyard, and rooftop deck. It will be built by Blake Griggs Development. Details.

  3. It was announced that this would not be built. Now they are moving ahead with it anyway. Wake up City Council. No one wants this done!

  5. Do you really believe the people run this city let alone the government? Who cares what the people care about? It's all the elitists!! At one time they did here, but no more! And yes the council have a say but they don't represent the people! Try saying no!!!
