Major work on Mountain Avenue begins Monday, July 7

Major street repairs on Mountain and Peck Road will begin July 7. Work includes resurfacing streets, repairing sidewalks, planting trees, and adding medians. Initial work, from July 7 to 11, focuses on Mountain (from Foothill to Huntington), with repaving, pedestrian safety, concrete, and 22 new trees. Peck Road work (from Duarte Road south) starts later this summer. Expect traffic delays, noise, and parking restrictions from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  2. We need the extremely tall trees trimmed that belong to the city. The one in front of my house I have told the city twice about already and nothing new has been done. Do the trees seriously need to grow 100 feet? The trimmed they do is not even enough if tge do it.

  3. Put in request with city through their website.
I’ll say I was pleasantly surprised with a number of items that they took care of within several business days
