The five-story apartment complex planned for the southwest corner of Myrtle and Olive will be called, "The Monroe," and in addition to having 204 apartments (20 set aside for lower income renters), it will also have 2,370 square feet of commercial space, a dog park, courtyard, and rooftop deck.
