A person was apparently shot and killed Friday night near Shamrock and Lemon , across from Recreation Park. A knife was also found at the scene. Details.
Update: A man with a restraining order against him and who was allegedly carrying a knife was shot Friday night at a home near Recreation Park. A woman, who had called police, was detained but not arrested. Details

Depending on who fired the gun its at most involuntary manslaughter depending on who discharged the firearm, If it was the protected on the restraining order it could be self defense.
