Former Monrovia City Manager Oliver Chi was selected on May 23 as city manager for Santa Monica. Since leaving Monrovia, Chi has served in Huntington Beach and Irvine. Details.
I had one occasion dealing with him. I'll say this he's a real stroker. And his expertise about public works was nil! Pretended he knew but I guess this is why the dumb councils of today go for his line of c##p. Going to screw another city for what they're worth. Sad. But these are the politicians of today
