City Manager Dylan Feik reports that In-N-Out is set to break ground next week on a new restaurant at 560 W. Huntington Drive, the former Black Angus site. The project team recently received a demolition permit, allowing work to begin the week of Nov. 18. The single-story, 3,879-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor seating for 84, patio seating for 40, and a drive-thru accommodating up to 26 cars.

This is great! I do most of my shopping either in Monrovia or Arcadia so that is where I will stop for my lunch. Thank you!
