peaker Orchid Black will discuss rainwater harvesting with swales and earthworks at the Monrovia Garden Club meeting, Tuesday, Sept. 23. Social time starts at 6:30 p.m., and the program begins at 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church's Fellowship Hall, at the corner of Myrtle and Foothill.
