Lunch at Cafe LuMar, on Colorado about a half-block east of Myrtle. Got the goulash with polenta special ($12.50), on a specials list, not on the regular menu, and an iced tea ($2.25). Nice atmosphere, real flowers on the table, pleasant service. Really good goulash. Also got a berry-cream cheese crepe (a special for $9.25) for desert. Oh, wow! Excellent desert.

According to the staff report, the school will occupy 15,554 square feet on the first and second floor of the eastern-most section of the building, using the space for offices, classrooms, laboratory space, workspaces and conference rooms.
