City Manager Dylan Feik reports that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents conducted an enforcement action at Home Depot on Mountain Avenue this morning, August 14. The city was not informed in advance and has no details on arrests. One individual fled the scene, entered the 210 Freeway, and was struck by a vehicle and was transported to a hospital by Monrovia Fire and Rescue.
Update: The LA Times reports that the man struck by a vehicle has died. Details.

So the city was not informed? So what does that mean? If they were informed would it have made a difference?
ReplyDeleteOnce again, FUCK ICE!! Out of Monrovia! Completely shameful action especially with a convicted felon and most likely rapist as our country’s leader. Very un-American trajectory we’re all on.
ReplyDeleteWhat is American about having an open border and no control over who comes and goes and where our money is spent?
DeleteIt’s doesn’t fit their brainwashed narrative.
DeleteMeh. No reason to run unless you're a criminal. Free lunch is over. Buh bye.
DeleteI’m sure you’re all evangelical lunatics. Join your fake sky wizard Jesus Christ in throwing people into cages at Alligator Alcatraz. So much for loving your neighbor as yourself, right? Hypocrite fools.
DeleteI don't believe in sky wizards, but I believe if you're in the country illegally you've got to go. Fuck off we're beyond full.
Delete“No reason to run” have you seen the conditions in those damn detention centers you delusional fuck
DeleteAny Christians that think in any remote sense that they’re on the right side of this issue will have a very special place in hell waiting for them. “What you did for the least of these, you did unto me”? Where did that go for you morons?
DeleteFuck Stephen Miller, such a racist ghoul!
ReplyDeleteHow antisemitic of you.
DeleteJust an objective observation of his policies, pretty clear to see for any unbiased viewer.
DeletePlease make your points without the obscenities. I don't want to switch off the commenting.
ReplyDeleteAll the “KKKristians” are completely fine with egregious and inhumane treatment of their fellow neighbors, as long as they don’t hear any profanity? You think that’s what your “god” would call for? Pathetic..
DeleteI expressed no opinion about the ICE raid and my disapproval of the use of profanity on this website is unrelated to the ICE raid.
