In his weekly report City Manager Dylan Feik expressed his condolences to the family of the man who was killed by a vehicle after fleeing onto the 210 freeway to avoid an Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid at Home Depot Thursday. Feik said, "I know exactly what I would do if shopping and masked men began abducting people...I would be scared and would run for cover and hide. And I would teach the same to my family."
Update: A vigil is planned at Home Depot for tonight.

ReplyDeleteAs to "masked men", I think if you can't tell who ICE is from quite a distance, you're blind. Or crippled by TDS.
