Free Monrovia Association of Fine Arts workshop on creating “Combines”—art using found and recycled materials—will be led by Ed Houlemarde on August 27 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Community Center. Participants should bring canvas board, glue, acrylic paints, and brushes. Instructor will provide additional materials. RSVP by August 25 to christine@monroviafinearts.org.
