  3. How the Council can plan 10% spending increases in spending and claim to have a "surplus" that is minimal compared to the spending, how stupid do you think I am?

    Thanks to national and local Democrat management, the supposed surplus is going to disappear. It is less than the error of the estimating tools used by our local politicians, which are likely suspect anyway, in the assumptions and need of the politicians to demonstrate their majesty to predict the future.
