Dinner at T Burgers

Dinner at T Burgers, on the south side of Foothill just east of Magnolia. Got the chef salad for $10.99 and a drink for $2.79. Wow! A lot more than I could finish. I got two meals out of it. And very fresh and tasty.

Breakfast at Girasol Cafe

Had breakfast recently at Girasol Cafe, a new Mexican style breakfast restaurant in the shopping center at the southwest corner of Huntington and Magnolia. Open 8 to 2. Got the breakfast burrito with chorizo for $12.99 and a Cafe de Ola for $4.49. Tasty.

Dinner at Pieology

Dinner at Pieology, on Huntington just east of Fifth. Got the Chicken Bacon Ranch on a cauliflower crust for $11.95 and a soda for $2.99. The cauliflower was an experiment I tried with trepidation, but it was all very good.

Dinner at New Raising Cane’s

Dinner at the new Raising Cane’s, at Huntington and Fifth. You basically have your choice of chicken fingers or chicken fingers. I got chicken fingers, the 3 finger combo for $9.99 It’s a limited menu, but what they do they do very well. I especially liked the dipping sauce.

Dinner at New Monrovia Chick-fil-A

Dinner at the new Chick-fil-A, on the south side of Huntington Drive just west of the freeway. Got a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and a lemonade for $11.59. Very tasty! And the lemonade was real.

Dinner at Lord Empanada

Dinner at Lord Empanada, on the east side of Myrtle just south of the freeway.  Got three empanadas at $3.75 apiece - Spinach and Cheese, Spicy Blackbean, and New York Cheesecake. All three were delicious.

Dinner at Mimi’s

Dinner at Mimi’s, at the corner of Huntington and Mayflower. Got the Beer Battered Fish and Chips for $18.99 and an iced tea or $3.49. All tasty.

Dinner at Saigon Avenue

Dinner at Saigon Avenue, on the south side of Lemon half a block east of Myrtle. Got the sautéed chicken sandwich for $11 and a beer for $6. Nice.

Dinner at Ike’s Love and Sandwiches

Dinner at the new “Ike‘s Love and Sandwiches,” in the Huntington Oaks shopping center. Got the Hunter Pence sandwich (turkey, bacon, avocado, and cheese,) combo for $18.95. The combo includes a drink and the bag of chips. Very tasty.

Dinner at Baja Mar

Dinner at Baja Mar Fish Taco, in the little shopping center at the corner of Foothill and May. Got the Fish Taco Combo, which included a drink, for $8.49. Very tasty, filling, and great price!

Had a light dinner at The Diplomat, near the northeast corner of Lemon and Myrtle. Got the Red Lentil Soup for $10 and a beer for $7. Really good soup!

Dinner at Kiku Sushi

Dinner at Kiku Sushi, in the Huntington Oaks Shopping Center. Got the Fish Katsu $15.50 and a beer for $5.75. It came with miso soup and a salad, which I’ve already eaten. All very tasty.

Dinner at Pour House

Dinner at the Pour House, on the west side of Myrtle just below Lime. Got the French dip sliders (usually $12.50 but I got them for $7) and a beer for $5. Happy hour prices. Tasty.

Dinner at Sena, on the west side of Myrtle just south of Lime. Got the blackened salmon tacos for $16, for $7. Very good.

Dinner at Max’s Mexican Cuisine

Dinner at Max’s Mexican Cuisine, on the north side of Huntington across from Target. Got the Pork Pozole for $12.95, and a small beer for $8. There was a LOT of pork in the Pozole - I think I got a whole pig. Very good.

Dinner at Chili’s, on Huntington. Got the chili and side salad for $10.39 and the beer for $6.69. Really like the chili.

Dinner at Something Healthy, on the east side of Shamrock just north of Huntington. Got the Rosemary Sandwich for $9.25 and a blueberry lemonade for $2.75. A nice light dinner.

Dinner at Thai Thyme, on the east side of Myrtle just north of Olive. Got the Holy Kaprow stir fry with chicken for $14.95, rice for $3, and a beer for $7. Nice.

Dinner at the new KBOP Korean Kitchen, in the Sprouts shopping center on Huntington. Got the Bibimbop Bowl on a salad base for $12 and a small drink for $2.49  Tasty

Dinner at Monrovia Pizza

Dinner at Monrovia Pizza, in the shopping mall at the corner of Mayflower and Duarte Road. I got a mini pizza with cheese and sausage for $8.59 and a soft drink for $2.99. Very nice.
