Monrovia's Assemblyman Wants Vets to Help Run Community Colleges

Assemblymember Chris Holden, who represents Monrovia, is proposing legislation to give veterans a stronger voice in college leadership. Comment: I'm a veteran who attended college after serving and I'm baffled by this. Do grocery stores also need veterans on their boards to help returning vets? How about city planning departments? A solution in search of a problem.
