  1. More nanny state creep. You know, your chances of surviving a car crash are better if you wear a helmet in a car, too. Just sayin'!

    1. I wear a helmet on track days, but I am going rather faster than on city streets.

Why not make everyone wear air-bag systems?

  2. I Agree Robert. Nanny State is upon us. There are many things that can be done to make Cyclist safer. It start with enforcing laws that are already on the books. The three foot rule is just and example of legislation passed that the police will not enforce. So yes Carol Liu pass another law that will be more meaningless legislation.

  3. Letter to her go-fer:

    Dear Sir:
If Ms. Liu has noting more momentus and less busy-body to do than this, would you ask her to resign her position so that an adult can take her place and treat other adults as adults?

This is buffoonery and wasted time, though it fits her pattern. She appears unable to do much else.
