Monrovian Charged in Motorcycle Theft Ring Case | BigShrimps Revamp? | E-Recycling Event

~ The LA County District Attorney has filed charges against Monrovian Felipe Galicia, 40, charging that he headed a ring motorcycle theft ring.

~ MonroviaNow reader, Craig, writes to say that Big Shrimps restaurant will be closed until Dec. 26. "Apparently there will be new ownership with a new team and new menu items."

~ Foothill Unity Center and Mt. Sierra College will have an electronic waste recycling event in Mt. Sierra's parking lot (corner of Huntington and Myrtle) on Saturday, Jan. 4, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. No big appliances, flourescent bulbs or batteries.
