Directly Elected Mayor Report | Upgrade Mary Wilcox Center

A couple more items from City Manager Oliver Chi's weekly report:

- The Directly Elected Mayor Advisory Review Committee will present its findings and recommendations to the City Council at its July 19 meeting.

- City staff has been working with the Boys & Girls Club on a grant application to upgrade the basketball court and technology systems at the Mary Wilcox Youth Center.

    Unfortunately, opinions don't matter in our city, unless you agree with the mayor. How soon we forget that this city was revitalized decades ago behind a strong mayor and leader. Now our current government just let's it slowly degrade. And now they want less culpability and more design by committee.
