MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes - in the Foothill Park Plaza at Myrtle and Foothill - is opening its doors on Monday, May 23. MOOYAH says it never uses frozen beef, it house-bakes its buns, serves fresh-cut fries and real ice cream shakes. The restaurant is owned by Ara Avagyan, an Armenian immigrant who has attended both medical school and earned a master's degree in leadership and management.
