~ The women of the choir of St. Luke's (at Foothill and California) along with guest singers, will present a free performance of its Seventh Annual Evensong Invitational for Women's Voices on Sunday, March 16, at 4 p.m., followed by a wine and cheese reception. The choir, conducted by Music Director and composer Kent Bennett Jones, will perform Denis Mason's Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis, Malcolm Archer's Preces and Responses, and the anthem Mary and Martha and the Phos Hilaron (O Gracious Light) by Jones. The Director will accompany on the pipe organ.
