Science Month at the Monrovia Library

Students in first though eighth grade are invited to attend a month of science programs this November, at the Library. Every Tuesday at 4 p.m., in the Community Room.

- Nov. 5 - Great Scott, the Glad Scientist: Learn what matters about mater and discover the properties of air and water.

- Nov. 12 - Sizes of Things: Join Steven L. Cornford, NASA/JPL scientist, to learn about the sizes of things, from planets to the biggest star and from the human hand to atoms.

- Nov. 19 - Animals 101: Wildlife Company will introduce insects, amphibians, reptiles and more.

- Nov. 26 - Hands On Science: Is it a solid or a liquid? Make a batch of oobleck and perform experiments.
