At a special City Council/School Board meeting this Monday (July 16) at 6 p.m. in the City Council chambers, the Council and School Board will recognize the 125th Anniversary of Monrovia High School and discuss the "ACTV Monrovia Initiative," which is the plan to add bike lanes to Ivy and Primrose and make them one-way streets. https://goo.gl/X9SXCB
