Brandywine Homes has begun construction at Lotus Court, a new community offering 13 townhomes on Duarte Road at Lotus Court, a few blocks west of Station Square.
Brandywine is building 13 three- and four-bedroom townhomes ranging in size from 1,555 to 1,705 square feet with private yards, full side-by-side garages, Spanish-inspired architecture, stainless steel appliances and solid-surface counters. The stucco, three-story townhomes with tile roofs are being built around an existing historic landmarked home built on the site in the early 1900s. The neighborhood will include a central recreation area.
The project is expected to be complete this summer.
