Veterans Get Free Cars | Grand Opening of Monrovia Business, Smitten on Paper

~ Two military veteran students at Citrus College, which serves Monrovia, will be awarded free cars at 1 p.m. on Nov. 25 at Seidner's Collision Centers' Duarte location. California Casualty Insurance, AAA and Seidner's will award the vehicles through the National Auto Body Council program, Recycled Rides, which involves insurers, collision repairers, paint suppliers, parts vendors and others who repair and donate vehicles to deserving individuals and service organizations throughout the country. More than 900 vehicles have been donated since 2007.

~ Smitten on Paper will hold its grand opening on December 6 at 6 p.m. at 114 E. Lemon (at the site of the former Historic Lighting). The company works with brides "to create a perfectly custom wedding invitation suite for their big day." " Our shop will also be filled with tons of unique cards, gifts, and accessories."
