Proposed school employee salary adjustments
The Monrovia School District has negotiated with its various employee groups a three percent salary decrease ("in conjunction with a decrease of 6 days in all work calendars"), effective Sept. 1, 2013, and apparently no raises until then. http://goo.gl/ebzvu
