Monrovia Police Officer David Andrew, Officer Brian Cofield, Officer John Donchig, School Resource Officer James Ruano, and Police Services Representative Evelyn Ruedas will be honored at the Police Department's Annual Awards Ceremony in the Monrovia City Council Chambers on Thursday, March 24 at 5 p.m. A reception will follow immediately after the event in the Police Department Community Policing Room, and everyone is welcome.
