Pasadena Humane is offering $31 dog adoptions October 24–31 as part of its Halloween “Trick or Treat” promotion, sponsored by Lyn Spector. Adopters also receive prize wheel spins for extras like training discounts and merchandise. Adoption includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, and more. Non-adopters can donate treats and supplies from the Howl-O-Ween Wishlist here.
