Library Story Room construction starts Oct. 26; children's area to close

Construction to expand Monrovia Public Library's Story Room from about 700 to 2,000 square feet starts Oct. 26, with completion expected in December. The library will remain open, but the children's area, including the Children's Desk, Story Room, nearby juvenile collection and Big Cozy spaces, will close during construction. Storytime and other programs will move to the Community Room or Community Center.
