Monrovia is offering a bus trip to Descanso Gardens’ Carved fall celebration Thursday, Oct. 15, from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. The evening features glowing jack-o’-lanterns, hand-carved pumpkins and illuminated displays; tickets are $45 for residents and $55 for nonresidents.
