A free bicycle rodeo for elementary children will be held Saturday, Sep. 26, at 8:30 a.m. at Julian Fisher Park 915 S. California Ave. Check-in begins at 8 a.m. Children will lurn turning, signaling, scanning and braking. Bring a working bike, a helmet and water bottle. Space is limited. Registration opens Sep. 19 at 10 a.m., here.
