Monrovia’s Old Town Fall Festival returns Saturday, Oct. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Library Park and in Old Town, with wagon and train rides, face painting, crafts, pumpkin painting, photos and hourly library storytimes. Some activity fees may apply. Details here.
