Nineteen-year-old Monrovian, Shijian Ni, has been charged with multiple felonies after allegedly using stolen bank card information at nine Costco stores in Utah. Police say the suspect made or attempted high-value purchases on July 29 at Costco locations in Orem, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Riverton, Sandy, South Jordan, Murray, West Valley and Salt Lake City. He was arrested the next day at the Sandy Costco after victims reported unauthorized purchases. Officers recovered 15 Nintendo Switch 2 consoles, 18 iPad Pros, four iPad Airs, and seven AirPods worth nearly $19,800. Details.
