The Fountain to the Falls 10K Run and Walk returns Sep. 19, 7 a.m. to noon, starting and ending at the Library Park Fountain, 321 S. Myrtle Ave. The 6.38-mile course goes through Monrovia's northern neighborhoods and into Canyon Park, reaching the Canyon Park Waterfall.
Every participant receives a commemorative medal; awards go to top finishers in each age group. Registration opens Aug. 17. Contact Community Services at 626-256-8246. Details.
