Monrovia will host a free concert and fireworks show this Saturday, July 4, at Library Park. OC Groove will perform 7 to 8:30 p.m., followed by fireworks at 9 p.m. Attendees may reserve a viewing space beginning the morning of July 4. Pets are discouraged due to noise and bright lights.
