Has something changed in the utilization of bike lanes? For all the time I lived in Monrovia the bike lanes were consistently empty except for homeless people moving their belongings and Tour de France poseurs traveling en masse, pretty much only on weekends.
ReplyDeleteThe hippy dippy idea of riding "my bike" to work or shopping never took, it appears, not just for me but about everyone else in the town.
So now there is a "Bicycle Master Plan"?? West Hillcrest Drive was a favorite of the latter group and had no "bike lane".
Will there be mandatory days when the eco-sin of an IC engine is forbidden?
