Monrovia Police Department is looking for volunteers for its Citizen Patrol. Volunteers assist with graffiti patrols, subpoena service, school crossings, traffic control, neighborhood watch, and crime prevention. Candidates must attend a Citizens Academy, fill out lots of forms, undergo a background check and an interview.
