Here are the winners of The Friends of the Monrovia Public Library bookmark contest, who were honored at the last City Council meeting. The 10 winners were chosen from among 127 entries for their unique art and design. The bookmarks are on display at the Monrovia Public Library, and you can get a copy for yourself.
