The votes are still being counted and everyone has more votes, but the relative positions of the candidates has not changed since last Friday. Larry Spicer remains in the lead with Tamala Kelly in second place The top two vote-getters will win seats on the city council and the city council will then select a third person to fill Becky Shevlin’s seat since she has been elected to be mayor.
