City Manager Dylan Feik reports (
https://goo.gl/aOqX7O) that because there have been "issues" with people making illegal left turns into the Starbucks at the corner of Foothill and Madison, Starbucks has paid to have these traffic barriers - approved by the city's Traffic Safety Committee - installed on Foothill. The were installed August 28.
