Monrovia Public Library will hold its Toddler Prom Winter Ball tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 11, at 11 a.m. Dress kids in prom dresses and formal wear. Parents and guardians are encouraged to dress up too. There will be a winter themed story-time, some music and dancing, light refreshments, and a photo-booth. This event is for children ages 0-5 and their families.
