Gold Line Riders Will Be Charged $3 to Park at Monrovia Station

 
Starting June 26 Monrovia Gold Line riders are going to get an extra $3 tacked on to their daily commute if they Park at the Monrovia station.

    Any back ground information? Does the Charge only apply to parking at Monrovia or parking at all Gold line stations?

      Applies to APU/citrus, Irwindale and Monrovia. I guess not Arcadia.

    Will the "free during off-peak hours" terms mentioned in the recent City Council report still apply? I don't see mention of it here on this sign.

      I think there will be a fee for that as well. I read $5 for off-hours parking, but don't quote me on that.

    Nothing like the price of another round trip ticket to encourage ridership for car lovin' Angelenos. SMH.
