Monrovia School Board Member Alex Zucco reports that the California Department of Education has named Bradoaks, Mayflower, Monroe and Wildrose as Gold Ribbon Elementary Schools. "And," she adds, "with all the great things happening at Plymouth, we know they won't be far behind."
