Monrovia Garden Club will hold its monthly meeting on February 23, at 7 p.m., with social time and refreshments at 6:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall at First Presbyterian Church, 101 E. Foothill Blvd. The speaker will be Wendy Wert from the Los Angeles Sanitation District, who will speak on water management, waste water, water conservation and composting.
