Lunch recently at Panda Express at the Huntington Oaks Shopping Center. Got the 2-entree plate with Orange Chicken and a new dish called Samurai Surf and Turf, for $6.59 plus an extra dollar for the Surf and Turf (beef and shrimp) and an iced tea for $1.59. Plus tax. Panda is always good.
