~ I was in Old Town today, needed cash and saw an ATM at the Pacific Western Bank (on the west side of Myrtle just south of Lemon) and withdrew some money. I was surprised to find there was no fee, though it is not my bank (maybe it should be). Right neighborly, I thought.
