The second annual E4C Chili Cook-Off is Friday, Nov. 13, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at VFW Post 2070, at Magnolia and Chestnut. Visitors can taste 10 to 15 chilis and vote for their favorite; admission is $20, and karaoke follows the cook-off. RSVP here or call the Arcadia Association of Realtors at (626) 446-2115.
