Workshop on preserving fresh citrus

A hands-on workshop on preserving fresh citrus for home use will be held Saturday, Feb. 21, 10 to 11 a.m. at the Community Center. Food ED will present simple food-preservation methods to extend backyard harvests. RSVP here.
